do you feel refreshed? are you able to take on any mentally tasking task? if not then you may reevaluate your sleep's quality
go to sleep and wake up at the same time, no screens 1h before sleep, sleep in a calm environment, don't do anything in your bed apart from having sex and sleeping.
if it doesn't work and sleep is still bad cbti-srt might be a good idea(sleeping less to have better sleep quality)
