How do I improve my immune system?
I keep getting sick for no fucking reason and it happens so freaquently, it's really starting to affect my life. I must be spending 30-40 days a year sneezing and getting watery eyes. I don't even leave the house or spend time in the cold

The reason there are so man wrestling posts is that /pw/ practically made this board what it was. The 4chan hack happened during Wrestlemania so /pw/ posters were a bit more motivated to find a home for their gamethreads than other boards would have been. It tends to be a highly tight knit community anyway. /fit/ was reopened to accommodate refugees and this board only had 4000 posts or so until we took it over. Just after 4chan reopened, the mods rewarded us with the /asp/ board we had been requesting because we had been such a strong presence.
So, yes, we moved elsewhere but make no mistake that this was absolutely our board, newfag, and you should show more respect to the board's traditions.

there's this noisy latino as a roomie
I'm starting for 2 weeks the fermentation of:
- 30g chococal hazelnut vegan protein powder
- my piss
- one dog poop i'll ask to someone in the park
- smashed overcooked lentils
- water and orange juice (sugar bactery fuel)

I'll make it 1 Liter of chemical weapon, I need it to be thick. I'll cover his door and food shelf with it.
The odor will stick kinda forever
It's 1% done and it is really hard to breath already. I only mixed 1 week old protein with water so far and it is already EXTREME

update: i barely opened the bottle to release the pressure. had to run
my fingertip was smelling extremly strong from just opening the tap
it smells like a cow cadaver big worst, mixxed with the strongest old farts ever

You should add some coconut or olive oil to the mixture or add in Honey or syrup to the mix… It would hold scent molecules tightly and slow their evaporation. The smell would linger longer in the air or on a surface.

The attack has been completed
He went on vacation for a week so I though I could take the time to pick his lock, but I didn't succeed.
So instead I used a little tube and a syringe to insert it under his door
I could only inject 150ml before it started leaking in the corridor. So I took bits of sponges that I stuck in the gap to block it

I washed the corridor a few times with bleach but it still smells like cadaver.
Now I'm at the airport and will contact another roomie on a few days to see how it went
