Medication would be a major issue, antibiotics are a must-have
Fresh water could be a problem as well
3D printing guns would take care of other people, but ammo stockpiles run dry eventually
It is a pretty cool idea to never have to rely on society again and just chill with or without major global shıtfests

Camouflage is one of the more important parts imo, having a fully self-sufficient bunker during the end times is basically like winning the lottery.
And humans are selfish by nature, they will want it for themselves.

You could diversify into different currencies within the eurozone since the German economy isn't doing perfect.
Dutch yields are also higher on longer term debt.
The Polish have their own currency which is performing similar to the euro relative to the dollar and their economy is more decoupled from shocks in international trade.
French gov debt is a meme, but pretty cheap.

Pretty funny OpEd on the difference between ancient Roman augurs and modern economic pundits, that ponders on if reading the entrails of slaughtered pigs might be more reliable for predicting the market then listening to Jim Kramer.
