I don't need to go into too much detail about what that person is like because you already know, but he's probably Polish, likes Linux and open source software, knows a lot about computer graphics but doesn't know much about math or other technical fields like digital audio raisin, and so on.

I made the mistake of working there as a non-jeet since I was desperate for a job.

Forgive the meta post, but I'm just curious about how to create properly formatted code blocks in a post on this board. I attempted to format some code a few times and it hasn't worked.

The vichan repository issue tracker wasn't very helpful. It had some posts from 11 years ago about BBCode-style [code] blocks or the Markdown-style triple-backticks, but neither seemed to work here.

I ran structured cabling for a few years. It’s basically a great job overall (very independent) and you can make good money if you learn fiber (it’s very simple but all about the setup/organization). We used to do 12 strand all the time and splicing with a fusion splicer is the coolest thing ever. Make sure you put all the little pieces you cut off onto a piece of tape all facing the same direction or you will get fiber slivers - very unpleasant
