<I love push ups, my workouts mostly consist of them, and because of it my chest and shoulders are much more prominent than the rest of me. Fitness influencers say it looks "unbalanced" or makes you look like a "douchebag" but I think it suits me and with my rather narrow hips that give me a distinctly triangular, masculine frame.
