Kek, no, I just practiced it a lot when I was young. I started with many, many wall push ups and eventually did them with my hands lower and lower until I could do standard ones.

I love push ups, my workouts mostly consist of them, and because of it my chest and shoulders are much more prominent than the rest of me. Fitness influencers say it looks "unbalanced" or makes you look like a "douchebag" but I think it suits me and with my rather narrow hips that give me a distinctly triangular, masculine frame.

Don't mind the pic related, just flexing on sharty DYELs. With enough commitment you can easily achieve what I have, though.

My calisthenics routine goes like this:
Day 1:
2 sets of regular push ups
2 sets of diamond push ups
2 sets of weighted push ups
2 sets of decline push ups
1 set of pike push ups
2 sets of wide grip pull ups
2 sets of weighted wide grip pull ups
2 sets of chin ups
1 set of weighted chin ups
Leg raises
Latteral raises
Day 2:
4 sets of dips
4 sets of dip bar pull ups
4 sets of decline push ups
4 sets of leg raises
All till failure
Have seen some tremendous results, so you may want to try this
Also exercise with 60kg resistance hand gripper throughout the day. Really helps your grip strength and builds forearm muscles
