The worst part about it, the body and life we're currently living in is the only one we're even allowed to reincarnate in. So if you don't love your body and your identity now, then you better start getting used to it pronto. Only advanced trained higher beings who have lived in billions of realities are the only ones who are allowed live different lives that they choose, and even their own personal realities where there are no wars, diseases, and nothing but love. It's literally Heaven on earth. This whole thing is a simulation and mostly a complete trap and a lot of us are screwed in more ways than we can even imagine, and most of us don't know it and will forget about it by the time we leave this reality, get reborn, and have to do this crap all over again with the same parents, life, identity and circumstances. This is the ultimate truth and it fucking sucks, especially when you know you've already screwed up.

I'm not understanding what you mean. I think you’re overcomplicating it. Existence is existence. We exist, that's just a fact. It’s not an experience, it just is. We get the opportunity to live one existence, and it just happens that in this time space reality system, if you don't improve your self you get to keep living the same existence over and over again ad nauseam until we get the message, and then move on to the greater realms. Desire is not the goal, enlightenment is. Desire keeps you trapped in our reality.
