if you ever feel like your stomach (belly button) is being sucked, focus on your solar plexus chakra. take two fingers and press them not in your belly button but on the area above it. meditate and control your internal energies.
yesterday i successfully defeated a parasite. it was feeding off of my solar plexus but for so many months it deceived me into thinking it was sucking my belly button. i focused my energies on that part of my body and plugged it and i feel fine now.

just plunge a finger or two onto that part of your body and meditate on your internal energies. and focus to the TOP OF YOUR HEAD. very important.
