>>28196 (OP)I played it for like 30 minutes when I first got my PC and Epic Games gave it out, then I never played it again for no real reason.
I liked F:NV and Outer Worlds, might check out PoE again when I go to college and can't play on my main PC for a few months.

>>28196 (OP)No. Only strength of WRPGs in "modern era" is build autism, and pillar's has an extremely boring build system. All builds are homogenous from the very beginning. Writing, music, art offers no solace from this (as per usual) so there's nothing of value in the game

>>28196 (OP)It's pretty good
I recommend playing as a mage or having a mage in your party ( plus a cypher for extra fun )

2 was better than 1, 1 feels a little insistent on coming across as this "grass roots 2deep5u" philosophy/crpg. 2 cuts the fluff, although there is a touch of that whiny, bespoken infestation of pussy takes and light handed story telling. i enjoyed it with some combat mods, and there are some real highlights in the story. however i always thought i'd go back to it after i finished it and never did, strangely. worth the pirate.
