Pay up for that 4chan pass so you can argue with bots and get doxxed
№27799[Quote]
After being away from 4cuck for that long, I honestly haven't even visited since its been back up. Mods are raisin, coalposts are sanctioned while real vidya gets buried, and there are so many unchecked glowies and shills that the website doesn't even matter to me anymore.
It's been a fun 18 years, now it's time to be a soyjak raisinter for 18 more. Because surely this website will live that long :)

>>26371 (OP)After testing the recent marketing campaign and receiving a 3 day ban for racism (chink) I simply gave up on it for good. It is the same for every marketing campaign there, you support it, ignore it, or get banned for trolling it.

>>27820pretty true when cyberpunk dlc came out i took multiple bans making fun of them playing yet another raisinty game where they learned no lessons and called them trannies
№27829[Quote]
>>27825Yup. We are essentially in pre-internet days for video games, there is simply no place to discuss the medium online anymore. In English anyway, Japan retains some pretty good places with volume.
Overall we are probably a little worse than before, as store employees were generally not paid to promote products and instead just recommended what they personally liked. Steam reviews are gamed to an extreme degree. Not sure on GOG's volume, probably better than most places. Amazog is ironically fairly good for this sort of thing.
But aside from this, the last year had many extremely strong releases and this year is keeping pace, possibly exceeding last.
It's going to be rough for Western biz however, as devs and researchers are stuck with the current state of /v/ + social media for their feedback.

>>26389it literally means two things

>>27829>the current state of /v/ + social media for their feedbackIt's very sad that they rely on people that don't care about video games.
№27953[Quote]
>>27883It's that and focus groups, and focus groups also suck. It's a very difficult position to be in, and obviously there are a lot of retards in leadership positions as well that make things even harder.
№27996[Quote]
>>27953Focus groups really aren't any better than selecting a few random people from the comment section of a YouTube video. It kills me knowing that it all has to die. And it has to die for its own good.
