They added the spell "clairvoyance" to Oblivion. I think this makes dungeon diving much more palatable. One of the problems of OG Oblivion were the crazy sprawling dungeons that you'd literally get lost inside. Given that people have already made UE5 engine tweaks for the game, I imagine there will be a number of mods for the game later on. I will wait until a few official updates have come through, I want to see what they do in that regard.
Main things that I would want is less stutter (either official or a mod) and an unofficial patch (since the old bugs largely still exist)
