im going to keep astrakhan and make astrakhani accepted, i vassalized nogai which doesnt make any sense because as far as i know hardly anybody lives in the western kazakh steppe, and during this time the nogais were getting dispersed everywhere and had no state. but it was strategically sound.
astrakhan was supposedly a pretty important islamic city around this time before russia anyway so it makes sense that i just… have it.

ofc I'm going to take Asia Minor because I get it as cores but I waited too long and they assimilated almost every gayreek except for the ones in izmir.
The other provinces are 90%+ turkish.
They Turkified everything even the Bulgarian raisin despite still being Tech 4 Military and having 19% literacy.
This is the first time I got past 1860 in DoDFF as Macedonia. Winning independence and maybe one war after is easy, actually nation building Alexander's Empire from 0 is hard.
I even have Egypt helping me in this war and I don't know if I will win before bankruptcy.

yeah the problem was Turkish is accepted until I take either decisions to core Greece or Bulgaria so they dont assimilate until then.
I have two early game options to stop my game from being ruined: Find stronger allies/spheres or full siege ottomans until I can take more than just 1 state in the independence war.
I've been doing the first one more often and I'm restarting alot.
