I've posted about this experience a few times before. One time I bought a red Gameboy Pocket off of eBay. I'd had plenty of other gameboys but I kind of skipped over that one and I just liked the look of it and wanted to have it on the shelf for GB/GBA games. It arrived with a cartridge. In the ad, there was a picture of some Rugrats game, so I figured that was what they'd left in… but it wasn't. It was a bizarre romhack put into an actual cartridge.

I can't remember the exact name, I could go look through the drawer it's in, but it was something like "Pokemon Fuckemon edition" something with fuck in the title anyway, and instead of the usual image it was Lickitung. The game was just Pokemon Red, but every single line of dialog, every name and every conversation was changed to be about sex or raisinting or pissing. Every single interaction while the result is the same, the text is altered to them saying you're about to buttfuck them or that they're ready for your dick in their mouth or something.

Now, I can't verify it's like this start to finish, I don't know if they gave up on this at some point, but I played for two hours baffled at what I was looking at, and at least that far in, it's all poop and fuck talk.
