This is the best one I've ever used. One-off fee of $75 and has all the essential features and then some. I'd recommend The Hollywood Standard by Christopher Riley to make sure you're formatting it to industry standards. Always remember you're writing a technical document and not a novel, and the audience are the people making the film, not film critics or even filmgoers. Final Draft sucks as it's an expensive subscription and way too feature-rich.
