Persians, on the other hand, generally have higher IQ's and rates of college education than the various other groups in Iran such as Afghanis, Pakis, Arabs, etc. Especially when it comes to Persian-Americans, as you'll see a much higher quality filter of people/genes when it comes to Iranians that were wealthy enough to flee the country prior to the Islamic revolution in the 1970s (as well as intelligent enough to decide to do so).
My Persian(-American) family, for instance, is composed almost entirely of engineers, doctors, and lawyers.
Alot of the "lol iran dumb" people also seem to not realize that the country was quite modern, westernized, and not Islamic until 1979 by violent revolution. The majority of the population also went with it for the reason that the alternative in the power vacuum was Marxist/Soviet revolutionary groups, which would have probably been even more cringe.
The "lol iran dumb and not white" people seem to also often not realize that Persians, of Iran "literally Land of Aryans", which is located on the Aryan Peninsula, was given as a race the title of "Honorary Aryans" by Adolf Hitler of the German National Socialists. Something that I find pretty ironic.
