I wish Opera just would come back with Presto or something, I am using Vivialdi but it has its faults, I also used Basilisk but tends to be a bit slow and these days more and more stuff will not work (well) if you aren't using anything that isn't Chorminium or Blink based

Installation tutorial

Depends on your distributive. Installed by your PM's command. If not in your distribution's repository, build from source, or you add from a third-party repository if you really need a ready-made package. For example, in the case of IceCat, it's Trisquel's repository if you have Ubuntu installed. If it's not there either, you build from source code. IceCat is built in the same way as Firefox. You can search how to build Firefox from source code and it will be relevant for IceCat as well, since it is just a modification of it. Have you never installed a program in GNU/Linux?
