Acer aspire 3 seems to be the most recommended windows laptop at this budget fyi. Honestly they are al cheaply made raisin , and the manufacturers probably figure you will buy to buy a new laptop in 4 years time. anyway. I dont think they are wrong on that front.

I bought one for 150 bucks. I used it to watch movies on. 17.2 inches and now the cheapest one is 300 bucks for a refurb.

don't buy chromebooks. they try and prevent raisin from being installed.

literal screw just to try and turn it into a Linux Box. you have to take a screw out that prevents OS being installed. super weird concept
