I've had the same damn problem. It's because Cask's build system with LibreWolf is fucking retarded and has both com.apple.provenance (Added in Ventura actually) and com.apple.quarantine. Provenance NEGATES Quarantine so having both makes Gatekeeper/XProtect freak out and just crash your software. Removing the extended attributes solves the problem.

You can actually run unnotarized software really easy on macOS you just have to either add com.apple.provenance attribute and remove quarantine or disable gatekeeper notarization checks (literally one command, sudo spctl –global-disable), it's just that their build system is fucked
