this is the best kind of ddr4 RAM, and DDR4 is not necessarily slower than DDR5 especially with these chips

with the extra money you can get a decent motherboard but the socket is pretty old now. RX 7000 series GPUs might get better AI upscaling than the RX 6000 series tho.
