Tl/Dr: Don't give up! you are learning to take control of your life! Great job! keep at it and use the set back to learn and be stronger. Regret is NOT a bad thing but a tool of growth.
>>43471Calm down. Don't let the relapse cascade.
For the food: I had a friend in the navy who had a VERY big wife, and she put a picture of herself up on the fridge. That helped her control her impulses. Maybe try that or a small mirror that you can look at? Also track your calories for the day. This helps with TDEE, and makes the diet more of a game, which is far more pleasant than calorie warfare.
>>43468This guy is right.
As for the computer, that's a tricky one. We practically live on the computer. The easy to access sin makes things hard. I struggle with that too. What helps is make some hard rules that you want to follow.
https://forum.nofap.com/index.phpThese guys help a bit. You did well for going two weeks! Keep it up! Remember how this relapse felt and try to avoid it.
We are paying for the sins of the boomers. We were warned in the Bible that porn was bad, but the boomers did not take it seriously. Well, unfortunately now we know why it's bad because it's too dang addictive! Worse still is too many of us were exposed at a young age. So it's healing a deep, and i mean DEEP scar. It won't be healed over night, but that is NOT an excuse to be lax.
The cool part is the discipline you are training, will help further down the road! It will help in budgeting, school, work, DIY, and everything else.
Hang in there!
