There are not a lot of details there.
Do you have a job? In my shoes if i was not employed, i would be in a slump.
What happened three months ago?
>>43355Has done a good job with this advice. We sometimes fall in toxic places, and don't realize they are toxic until it's too late.
You want to change, that's important. For the next step I would analyze what i am doing to cause this and adjust. Some of these image boards are nasty, they have nice conversations than BAM some jerk posts a thread where he wants images of what just happens to be very tempting stuff.
When his bosses wife came onto him, Joseph ran away. I know some people hate the Bible, but at the end of the day that's one of the best stories of avoiding temptation AND surviving in a world where rape allegations can destroy a man. Name stories that stay relevant for over two thousand years?? Checkmate atheist's where is your nogod now!
Jokes aside, sometimes we have to run from that temptation, and that sucks when we have no clear place to run to. If God is watching does not work for you, then try saying "I am watching, and I don't feel good when I do this"
I lack the esoteric knowledge to give you a slam dunk magic bullet, the best i can do for ya is tricks i have picked up over the years.
Hang in there, and you guys are great. I have cut down on my bad habits since i showed up here.
