TL/DR
>>43123 hit on something good, it sounds like you have exhausted all your tools and techniques so you should consider the medical route. Make an "improvement journal" so when you talk to the professional of your choice you can tell them exactly what is going on and they can get to work faster. Before you take any pills ask questions about those pills, and learn how to identify the side effects.
>>43193>, I usually pray if I cant stop thinking about lustful thingsThat's normal. We are hard wired to be fruitful and multiply. For thousands of years, you would have been at the age where you were first established. Prefect time for starting a family. Living past 13 meant society could trust you because you were not dead, and by your early 20s you would have a wife and be working on your first kid.
Those times were simpler, but a pitfall we have is we equate simpler to better. Our ancestors who struggled through those times and now we have removed so many filters and our world is safer. Yet it has more problems.
This is because success can destroy the unprepared. We have had so much success in our culture that we are burdened by it, and my hunch is that's why everyone is unhappy now. But that is conversation for later.
Depression is a weird thing. I suspect at some point in our lives we all go through it as our brain makes more wrinkles, as our pituitary gland calcifies, and all sorts of other brain stuff i will NOT pretend to understand. The GREAT news is you are not alone in this. The horrible news is this is there is still a lot we don't understand.
What's important here, is you have identified a problem, have tried to work through it, and correctly asked for help when you got stuck. That's a very important skill to have! Hang in there friend.
