Broke is a spectrum. Are you treading water or has poverty shown up made you miss meals, and covered you in nasty dried grapes? The problem with giving up in life is that feeling does not last, so all we do is waste time we can't get back.

What's available to you? How good is your library? That's cheap. Are there nice parks near you? those are cheap. I say cheap because driving costs money. Kahn academy has some good courses that you may find fun.

That's something: foraging. i recommend reading up first. Learn what weeds are good for you, and which ones will kill you. Most are actually good for you. I never had the struggle that bad, but i kept my options open just in case.
