Why is gore of children allowed? This is something that keeps bothering me, and something that doesn't really get addressed. Even though I feel I'm quite alone in this opinion I think seeing dead or maimed children, (even black ones) is more than my stomach personally can handle, which is my own problem

But why is it, when this website, clearly understands higher morals, like no tolerance for CP even fictional CP. This is so blatantly allowed, like it's not even considered in the same category of vile. Was this an issue in the past, has it been banned before, and the userbase had a autism meltdown? Is it the slippery slope fallacy?

And inb4 some autistic AI script can maybe hide the images it should 10% of the time. Or "Just hide le hecking threads". That's not the point of this question. Suicide announcements (even just written anecdotes with no proof) are allowed.
