No, retard. When you don't have rules and regulations in place then ALL the companies settle on cheaper, low quality garbage while the high quality companies are outsold.

The modern consumer is poor. The modern consumer doesn't have the time or energy to learn all of this legal mumbo jumbo about what they're buying to truly learn what's worth more in the long term

In the USA private healthcare companies charge customers an upwards of 700 dollars on insulin shots while also saying that it's only good a year. The reality is that the drug inside insulin costs less than a dollar to manufacture and the vials they're sold in cost around 2 dollars from direct sellers. On top of this Insulin shots are actually good for an upwards of 2 and a half years.

No it doesn't. If it did then we wouldn't have any of these problems. It encourages business owners that their greed goes unregulated and without consequences.
