You need to understand the most basic theory. You need structure, and to give identity to your track you need some form of melody or chord progression.
Near the end it's like you're getting the hang of it but it's like 10% of genuinely objectively good ideas, and 90% is to be thrown away because it's worthless.
Of course don't take it as personal harsh criticism. Much respect to you, and I'm sure if you just focus a bit you'll make something actually good or even great (because you have a sense of harmony somewhere in that mix).
