There's a big difference between being a piano player and being a "keyboard player"

yea it's bretty good. especially with high quality modern digital gear and the expansive plethora of versatility it offers
still there's nothing quite like shredding on a really fine electric

Kek I have a system 8. It's fun ngl, but Roland somehow always manages to screw their raisin up.
№98409[Quote]
>>98159In the case of the system-8, the sequencer is absolute raisin to the point of being unusable. You can't record a sequence with metronome and it can't record the 2 parts independently even though the manual says it can. Roland's performance mode memory structure is retarded: If you change a patch you change all the performances that reference that patch, so what's the fucking point of even saving a performance? And that's not all… it can't even do ven more basic, dumb raisin that a supposedly flagship synth should have no trouble doing like temporarily remembering a tweaked patch while it's on or remembering the state you leave the synth in when turning it off instead of going back to a preset patch. Even real anal logs can do that. It has just one LFO, which for a digital synth is ridiculous. All that raisin combined becomes really annoying. It's as if roland chose all the limitations of analog instruments plus all the shortcomings of digital ones and decided to combine them so that the user ends up with a large chunk of plastic with wacky lights instead of a usable synth.

is this a control board for PC? or a stand alone? what software do you use if its a PC control board? no one uses old tech synths anymore. You can buy an Alesis MIDI recorder and have less issues. they don't crash like PC raisin does.
