Imported German pilsner and Belgian trappists. Also Oktoberfest/Märzen is fantastic. Weihenstephaner makes a fantastic pilsner and Märzen, but your selection will be limited at most places in the US. Märzen is like a typical lager/pilsner but with a little more malty sweetness and body, gives it nice balance.
Used to be into American craft stuff, but so much of it is "extreme" flavors. There are still some fantastic IPAs and double-triple-barrel-aged faggot beers though.
