My vote is just don’t buy it and get an LPVO or magnified system
Agreed about the chevron, it’s just nicer overall and more simple to gauge range
If you have weird eye dominance, the both eyes open shooting might take getting use to or you just might not like it at all
So if possible go look at it in a gun store
