I would never go on a shooting spree becouse I respect my fellow men too much to inconvenience them in such a selfish manner.

I feel like the deinsitutionalizing of our mental health facilities during the 70's contributed to the situation. Glow-nigs were absolutely experimenting on asylum patients before all the big shut downs happened. All the potential sleepers and genuine crazies, just dumped into the general public.
