In the United States the Nuclear Regulatory Commission publishes dates and times that nuclear reactors will be down for scheduled maintenance. Unfortunately MS-13 found out about these dates and times. MS-13 spies on hotels located near nuclear reactors during scheduled maintenance, and the expected routes that workers will take to the nuclear reactors from the hotels. MS-13 has on multiple occasions set cars on fire on the expected routes in an attempt to hinder maintenance and compromise the nuclear reactor. MS-13 is a terror cell. gg
