Is a pocket knife a good everyday carry?
β134[Quote]
a pocket knife does just fine
β136[Quote]
Is it a good idea to carry a sharp tool like a screwdriver or long nail if you live in a cucked country where you cant carry a normal knife? Any good alternatives?

β428[Quote]
>>136If you stab someone with a screwdriver at 21:00 on a street the police are likely going to treat it as an illegal weapon anyway, at that point you may as well have carried a knife.
β482[Quote]
>>428true but for the case where you don't stab someone and just get searched you'll probably be better of with a screwdriver in your pockets than an illegal knife. Will probably be cheaper on the fine if anything
β483[Quote]
Btw how do I carry a screwdriver so that it won't penetrate my pockets from the inside and tear them up and still be possible to take it out in a matter of split seconds?
β496[Quote]
>Btw how do I carry a screwdriver so that it won't penetrate my pockets from the inside and tear them up and still be possible to take it out in a matter of split seconds?
>A bit of card board and masking tape and you can craft a sheath for it.

Man, I just want a bayonet lug for my AR.

If you live in a place where knives are illegal you can carry a screwdriver instead.

>>1226how much did you pay for your stilleto? i was looking at purchasing a higonokami SK-5 with a 120mm (4.7inch) blade but im not sure if its the most ideal choice. price is 28eur not accounting for shipping
β1229[Quote]
>>1228The blade itself doesn't actually have to be very long to cause lethal damage. You basically answered your own question there about the opening mechanism

>>1230what would you recommend for 15β¬ or less?
β1236[Quote]
>>1231depends what knife you need but the Columbia N-153B, Hastaa 01-HS-351 and Hastaa 17-HS-251 get the job done
β1237[Quote]
I'm currently thinking about buying the HASTAA 11-HS-151
β1238[Quote]
I can recommend the BSH N-522C and Italy BSH 22,5 cm N-530B if you want some folding knifes

>>1228I know this reply is very late but I paid about 100 maybe 150 bucks for mine but that's just because I got a 9 inch Kris blade. I presume that you would pay maybe 60-70 bucks for a regular 6 inch but I don't think it's that bad for a good quality knife you can carry and pass down to your son/daughter
β1275[Quote]
>>1230This is true. Donβt listen to these Redditor consooomerists who say you need a $300 knife. Anything more than like $60 is completely unnecessary and a waste of money. Once you get past that price point you are just paying for fancy cosmetics that do not matter.

Depends on purpose and location you are living in. Do you want legal plausible deniability or effectiveness? They are not necessarily mutually exclusive either. Offense v. Defense. Lots to consider.
Heavy belt buckles, milwaukee utility blades, big linesman pliers etc for one side; plastic knives, push daggers, etc for the other
β1342[Quote]
>>1338>heavy belt buckle how am I supposed to take my belt off from my pants in a matter of seconds?
>utility bladesany blade longer than the allowed length is illegal to carry
>big linesman pliersHow exactly am I supposed to use this as a weapon?
>plastic knifesmarge
the best legal things to carry in cuck countries would be: steel pipes, ice picks, screwdrivers, pipe wrenches, hammers, one-hand shovels, axes (might be illegal), crowbars, thick rebars (concrete reinforcements), saps, weighted knuckle gloves (not brass knuckles) etc
most if which wouldn't fit in a pocket
β1343[Quote]
>>1342Its a spectrum of legality basically, and what you are trying to do. Balancing creation of plausible deniability vs legality. Can you technically carry steel pipes, pipe wrenches, hammers, one handed shovels, axes, rebar, crowbar? Yeah but are you a construction worker or a regular camper? An icepick, screwdriver, sap, etc in your pocket and you use it you are asking for self defense to turn into a charge of assault with a deadly weapon. A prosecuting attorney would have a field day with some of those, especially the latter.
Can you take a belt off in a matter of seconds? That depends. But its a measure of utility vs legality. Utility blades are legal from length *and* its in the name: utility; that alone helps if you ever had to defend yourself in court. Its retarded, but true: you can use "self defense hollow points" or "organ exploder 3000 hollow points," and it matters to the court what's printed on the box. Remember that the fight doesn't necessarily end when the other guy is unconscious on the ground.
Balance effectively the scales of protecting yourself physically AND legally, anon. Your choice should be effective and have plausible deniability.
