What's a good multiclass combination in NWN? I've tried playing Swordflight as a Fighter 4/Wizard X but that turned out to be a mistake
β54893[Quote]
>>54892NWN is 3rd edition retard
You only take 1 level of fighter for the bonus feat if you take any at all
β54894[Quote]
>>54893I didn't know because I never tried multiclassing before, I enjoyed it in the AD&D 2e games and wanted something similar to Fighter to Mage dual class, but I guess it's not really viable in this system

I'm playing the NWN2 OC and they keep bugging me on managing my keep. If I continue to not pay attention to it is that going to hurt me in the long run?

β54977[Quote]
>>54964vtmb, fallout, arcanum are the staple of this board and they are kinda old
the older ones, i was sold on darklands
but the newer ones? i think pathfinder games are good but not memorably great, i loved the age of decadence and deadfire
tyranny was great despite being obsydian writing
poe1 sucks and is bloated, numenera is overwritten and wastelands i didnt find captivating
bg3 does not run on my pc…
but if i had to put a list of best crpgs i have played, the older ones would make most of the list
β54979[Quote]
>>54964How recent are we talking because it feels like we haven't gotten that many new CRPGs as of the last few years.

>>54977Wasteland 2 has been good for me so far. Under rail ended up being a bust but I don't even know if you could consider that a CRPG. Are there any good post apocalyptic CRPGs? Also is PoE 2 worth running?

>>55004>Are there any good post apocalyptic CRPGs?Bro, your Fallout 1 and 2? Your Wasteland 3?
β55007[Quote]
>>55005Just ran Fallout 1 and 2 a couple weeks ago and I'm currently running Wasteland 2. Seems like there aren't any other post apocalyptic games that come close.

>>55004the fights and combat is really good, my favorite from all the rtwp games although it is very fun-policy at times (still, there are some real good and op weapons that beg for a distinct playstyle: there is for example a blunderbus that can be upgraded to have an once per combat ability that deals more damage than most, if any high level mage aoe spells AND they count as weapon damage so all the effects that scale off of it work too (including cypher faux-mana pool)
the story is kinda meh, i like the polynesian archipelago setting
i dislike the companions, all of them feel kinda tucked on and big mouthy(but thats the problem in all the nu-crpgs) but you wanna do their quests since they offer some real good items
the boss fights are cool, but where the game shines is the party vs party style encounters where proper interrupting, positioning, action economy and spell managment is key
overall
>story is there but is not memorable>writing is decent at times some quests are really good>but mostly nu-obsydian bloat (less than in poe1 due to full vo)>combat is a+>itemization is a (wotr does it waaaay better) β55082[Quote]
>go up to Wilcer to buy something
>he flips open his tunic revealing his girthy hog, smirking directly at you the whole time
>"W-Wilcer what are you doing"
>He just starts cranking on it as it engorges, his hand firmly tugging up and down the entire length of his beast
>You try not to look but find yourself hypnotically staring, mouth starting to water
>he changes to keep his hand still, thrusting into it, forward and back towards you, smirking deeply at you the entire time, though now with some sweat on his brow, his tongue wandering outside his lips, biting in concentration.
>You realize you're hard and have instinctually began softly rubbing yourself through your clothes
>Finally with a deflating moan, he cums all over your Boots of Free Reign and pauses, breathing heavily, still staring directly at you
>"What can I do for you, Commander?" he asks as he pats his brow with a rag and covers himself back up, retracted cock lost in the folds.

>in the silent late night hours of the camp, the knight commander sleeps
>not seen or heard by anyone, the tent flap slowly opens
>slowly and deliberately, quartermaster Wilcer Garms enters the tent and stands over the sleeping form of the knight commander, smirking
>he adjusts his tunic to bring out his girthy hog and starts rubbing it above the sleeping commander
>the musky scent of his balls invades the commander's dreams, causing him to toss and begin drooling onto his pillow
>"Yes, that's right" Wilcer says almost silently, lowering himself down to the commander's open mouth.

>>55004>PoE 2 worth running?Have you played the first game?
I finished it recently and enjoyed it a lot. I've only barely started deadfire so far but I've heard that it has fixed a lot of the issues I had with the original, and the production quality and class system of the second game is undoutably of a higher quality.
If you enjoyed pillars 1 I'd say it's worth trying the sequel. You can look online for opinions by more experienced players if you are not satisfied by my take.

>>55072>>story is there but is not memorableI'm actually glad they made the story in Deadfire so simple. I couldn't get into the first game because of how boring I found the story so the less focus on it the better. Honestly I don't think new obsidian has the writing skills to make anything better so they might want to stick to this type of story in the future.
