As someone with “invisible” mental health issues my worst pet peeve is when people want to “give health advice” like “oh have you tried taking x, y, or z to help you sleep? If you just go for a walk each day it’ll help” like dude can you explain to me what SPD and CPTSD are? No? Okay why is this happening then
