Maybe… Replace some hours of vidya with another hobby like idk making liquid nitrogen. Or getting into brewing. The bar to get into brewing is actually pretty low. A lot of youtubers make it look otherwise but to start with is some juice some yeast and some time.
I personally wanna get into making miniature sets/landscapes because that seams super cool.
