First of all, the Jaguars are going to be dograisin next year. A smart guy would have recognized this, and traded down with a willing partner, perhaps the Chicago Bears who coveted Jeanty. Hunter is actually a great player, but he will never live up to the hype. The talent isn't a meme, but the idea that he can dominate 110 snaps per game, at both corner and WR, at the NFL level, is a pipe dream. Of course, he's a very good player with a history of impressive production, but neither position is worth two high firsts and a second. Tony sold the farm which means Hunter absolutely MUST live up to the hype in YEAR 1 or else the Jags are still raisin with very few options to fix their most pressing issues.
