I./dem/’s form of government is a presidential republic.
II.The president is elected for a single term of 30 days
III.The campaigning stage lasts 7 days.
IV.Once concluded, all parties who have participated with a tripcode in this stage are included in the presidential poll

VI.A candidate needs to obtain 50% of the votes in the presidential poll to be elected president.

XV.If a president is removed, they become ineligible and cannot run for president or parliament again
XVI.If a president is removed, their vice president becomes the acting president, but not the president itself
XVII.If the vice-president is also removed or vacant, the admin of soyjak.party may give the title of acting-president to a moderator, or assume it himself
XVIII.The admin of soyjak.party serves as the board’s Chief Justice and decides how the elections are run in accordance with the constitution
XIX.The Board also has a parliament
XX.The parliament is renewed every 30 days
XXI.The parliamentary campaigning stage lasts 3 days.
XXII.Once concluded, all parties who campaigned are included in the parliamentary poll
XXIII.The number of seats of the parliament, which is currently 20, can be changed with a referendum by the president
XXIV.To change or add to the constitution, the president needs to hold a referendum
XXV.Said referendum needs to be approved by the parliament
XXVI.Said referendum will then need a 2/3rds majority to be approved
XXVII.Certain articles of the constitution, which are marked in red, may not be modified or removed.

There's also some election reforms I personally will be pushing for. 27 candidates in the first stage of the election is about 20 too many. I'd prefer a party based system (like how we ran) rather than two dozen individuals running for president themselves. It's too many candidates and it results in a popularity contest, hence why Gold won twice already (and would've won again this election, if he didn't drop out) and probably why we won (since Cobson WABAG).
