>>12569 (OP)Air drops aren't real. Tall tale sign of rug pull
They should be in theory. Like if I release a new coin, it can only grow if it moves. It moves by exchanging hands. So naturally one has too be charitable.
However, they have no intention of organically trading the coin to be reputable. While that could secure it's overall value over time and even make it transcend rug pull worth, it's too easy to just pump and dump it. There's no real answer to it either other than
A: People just stop being short sighted coomers about investment.
Or B: They air drop more sparingly or control who they air drop too to someone they know will immediately trade with it. Which in a way is still conspiracy, but it's a lot different conspiring to vindicate than conspiring to topple a pyramid.
Like if I made a coin right now, gave you 50 of them, that's not enough to be a classic rug pull, it would just be a loose asset you could use on a whim and in time it legitimizes itself.
