Idk but I would run a storage unit business. That's the easiest business I've ever seen, you just rent empty space and people keep paying you rent monthly, if they don't pay you you simply auction off all their stuff

Are you part of the illiminati stealing my ideas through my smartphone? I had the exact same idea not long ago and was telling my mother back home about it. You could put vending machines, a smoothie/ coffvve (bowel cancer) bar in the corner etc. A pool table or arcade games or even lay out a couple of twister maps and a cocktail bar and really make it a lively experience. People could have somewhere just to hang out and do their laundry.
