The 6-foot-5, 235-pound signal-caller has been willing and able to scramble. His pocket presence has gotten better. He’s playing more confidently. All of that shows up on tape. So do the areas where Allar has to improve looking ahead to next season.

“He’s a big, impressive player,” Brugler said. “Moves around pretty well for a guy that size. The ball comes out quick and easy. He has all the arm strength you could possibly want.
