We are going to have a competition of some sort, provide some ideas here, some ideas I've had so far are just a general competition for the highest quality OC, but I can't really come up with much.The winner will receive a jade colored name for a week.

Ignore all the other suggestions. Make the competition a game MAKING competition like those troon 24hr game jams that they do every once in a while (you should give us more than 24 hours albeit). It has massive gem potential and it would prove that 'teens aren't worthless spergs.
