If you are wanting a proper and unbiased view, there's a website that archived the entire story of the case itself and doesn't crumble from the pressures of the ADL. possible strategy / constructive criticism for the devs
I know you changed the character's named to Dr Soyer, maybe you made some other small cosmetic changes

but I think the reason why Steam is silently refusing to host the game is because they don't believe it's a real game (even though it is)
they probably think you're just trolling them

there are very offensive games hosted on steam (even Sex With Hitler) but they all carefully stayed inside a certain line and at least convinced Steam that the game was real and not a complete trolling effort

it might be something very small like the storefront itself, consider pic rel
if you meet the bare minimum that Steam requires they should change their mind and host it
if they allowed Sex With Hitler they should allow FNAC too

I suggest going over the storefront, description, trailer video and the most outward facing presentation of the game and look for anything especially bad that is scaring Steam
you have to (temporarily) turn off shitposting mode in your brain and look at the game from the perspective of Steam itself as a serious multi billion dollar business

With plier you can check the top right camera, just outside the generator room. If you see plier in that room close the generator room (off screen) door so he can’t get in. Open it back up when he is not in the maintanance room anymore
