Unlike Reddit, which is much more centralised and you can be assfucked even if you do something in your own subreddit, Quora is decentralised. You can do a lot more in your own independent space. It has 4chan-tier lax moderation if you do it in your own Space, and appealing actually works.

I haven't really tried it outside of 4cuck but it seems to be more of a universal psychology trick since I know I've seen examples of others doing it on reddit and twitter. basically when you frame it as "woah look at this weird thing I found" rather than "here's this thing I made" people will naturally be more interested, and jannies are less likely to delete it even if it's offensive in nature.
