But for this third year anniversary, why not do another banner contest?
And not just banners, but 404 pages, and ban images.
Possibly in the future, there could be board ads like 4chan has (468x60).

Make sure banners follow a 3:1 aspect ratio (300x100) preferably.

404 and ban images are unrestricted. We could possibly do 403 images too.
