id be happy to manage the site froot. BUT I think maybe you should hold onto it. your good with handling drama and allowing people to post what they want. you do events like banner contests and polls, and stuff like that, and you also managed and created the best gem ever five nights at cobsons. But please be very careful about this decision to sell to ANYONE, if you do sell the site PLEASE make sure they are willing to keep it alive and not abandon it. make sure there fincially stable on there own to manage it, and make sure they have basic common sense so it does not get shut down
