Then why was it not taking down a few weeks ago when it was being attacked and DDoSed? What about when there was a doxbin done a number of months back on an Admin, why didn't they go after the hoster then? What about 1 year ago, or 2 years ago? 10 years ago may have been different, but what about within the last few years?

I honestly do not believe anything is going to happen, in a few days it will be as if nothing ever happened. I wish you good luck though, but they are just going to force a password reset on everyone and tell everyone to change their password if they used the same on on multiple sites. I don't see their hosting provider or namecheap doing anything since I guarantee it's been attempted before a number of times.
