Proposed /dem/ constitution reform. Section one: Creation and distribution of falseflags. If you directly or purposefully attempt to falseflag somebody with allegations such as seriously framing them for 'p, accusations of rigging the election and more will be punished. You will be disqualified from the election. Sharing this material will result in one day bans, regardless of intent. (Obvious jokes won't get you banned) Section two: Anybody who is caught in a 'cord or trying to ally with them (ie: zelligcord, etc) will result in a permanent disqualification from running for election. Section three: Impeachments will require a two third super majority, this is to prevent what happened with gold. If jannies request this vote, it is a standard vote. If more then 2 jannies request impeachment, impeachment goes to standard vote for normal users. (50% election instead) Section four: Samefagging will result in barring from running for president, no expectations. Section five: Every term there's a mandatory popularity poll on the current president half way through their term. Section six: The parliament for parties is split into 100 seats, you get 50 seats if you win over 50% the vote, 20 if you get 20%, etc. Parliament is mostly going to be used for larp, but they can decide to begin impeachment and get the traditional 50% vote. Section seven: This will be enforced for every person to agrees to it if they gain presidency. After this time period expires, the people vote on new amendments. Section eight / First Amendment Every janny will get a code and is required to put their name and code at the end of their ban message, if these janny are infringing on the rights of the people, they will run for impeachment. It's a standard 50% vote. Section Nine / Second Amendment Parliament members are able to draft laws (rules) to add to the Constitution. A example of this would be a parliament member requesting the creation of a rule against links to other websites, this would be passed to the party currently in power along with the parliament. If parliament votes yes, with no supermajority it passes to the current government. If it gets a supermajority, it will pass directly, regardless of reinging party. Section Nine B: Parliament members can directly vote to remove a rule, depending on initial support it can vary from 50/50 to 70/30 vote.
